ADA Compliance

The Crane Foundation is Active & Dedicated in Providing ADA Compliance

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) issued new regulations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in 2010. The new rules affect state and local governments (Title II of the ADA), as well as public accommodations and commercial facilities (Title III). The regulations include the new 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design, outlining minimum accessibility requirements for buildings and facilities. The Crane Foundation is an advocate of these requirements and taking aggressive actions to make sure all businesses comply.

Our Values

We understand it's about compassion, not money. TCF is passionate about helping others succeed in their lives and will do everything in our powers to be positive, respectful, collaborative, patient, effective and un-biased in all our efforts.

The founders of The Crane Foundation contribute a portion of their annual income while not taking any salaries for their help in growing The Crane Foundation. We do this so the highest amount possible goes to the stated purpose of helping others reach new heights so they in turn can help others.

A Different Approach

Rather than rely on others to provide support, TCF focuses on direct support providing help to others. This platform serves as reinforcement to individuals to reach greater heights and a higher degree of achievement and spirituality in their lives. We do this so they can in turn do the same for others.

However big the challenge, we as a foundation have the power to make a difference. Above all we believe in the importance of helping those to thrive so that they can do the same for others.
